New hair cuts

Nik and Rach got their hair cut in preparation for school. They look pretty good. Here is Nik with his movie star classes. Nik's 2 front teeth are very close to coming out. The one is super loose and should come out any day now. I think the fact that he hit himself in the mouth helped the teeth along a little. Boys will be boys!

Nik starts school on Mon 25th, his teacher is Mrs. Ranallo. They are wearing a more strict uniform this year. Only khaki and navy blue chinos. And navy blue, white, red and light blue, polo shirts. Rachel found out her teacher today she has Mrs. Chung which is who she wanted. But her friend Hannah is in the other class this year. Rachel's first day is Tues 26th. 1st and 5th grade this year, Nik says now that he is 7 he is not a little boy anymore!

Here is Nik's first pet all his own. For his 7th birthday Uncle Jimmy promised to get him fish and a aquarium to keep them in for his present. So yesterday when mom and Uncle Jimmy watched Nik while Jason and I went out to dinner for our 8th anniversary they took him to the pet store. The black one is Dr. Black and the multi colored one is black eye, because he has a missing eye and it is black. He loves his fish and goes up to look at them all the time. He is going to buy some more decorations with his own money soon. He needs to feed them and take care of them himself. If he does good Uncle Jimmy said he can add more fish.

Here is the cutest pic of Miss Noodles on the outside swing, isnt she the cutest! Yesterday Jason and I were married for 8 years. We went out to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory and had a wonderful peaceful dinner by ourselves. He got my a cute card and a pretty pink rose.

Niks bday

Nik's real birthday is Friday the 8th but we celebrated with Mom, and Jimmy and the neighbor girls. Nik got a lot of nice things, pokemon cards, pirate book. treasure chest, Star Wars DVD, nice outfit, and a blow up dinosaur.

She went to the dr. last week for a check up she is 66lbs and 4'6", she will be passing me up shortly, her dr. said she will probably go through a big growth spurt in the next year. Nik's 7th Birthday is on Friday! He is so excited we are having 2 celebrations and on Friday he pick TGIFridays for his birthday dinner.
